OWC 2025 Annual Meeting

Please Join us Saturday, May 3 for our Annual Meeting at Kinton Grange, 19015 SW Scholls Ferry Rd., Beaverton, OR, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

We will gather to renew acquaintances, update our membership on what your Board of Directors have been working on in the last year and to learn about opportunities and activities in the woods. Our Guest Speaker will be Don Sohler, who will tell us his story through pictures and words, of discovering a Steam Donkey in the Tillamook Forest and how it was extracted! 
 
Scott Land and Timber has an amazing Stump Grinder to show us how effectively and quickly they can clear land.
 
Our Agenda is as follows: 

• 9-10 a.m. Meet and Greet. Donuts and Coffee provided while we meet new and old friends. 
• 10-10:30 Welcome and brief meeting conducted by President Dale Robinson
• 10:30-11:15 Extracting a Steam Donkey from the Tillamook Forest
• 11:15-11:45 Scott Land and Timber video and discussion regarding their new Stump Grinder and Demo
• Noon:  Lunch
• Supersplit and Ergonomic Handle Demo
• ATV and Junior Arch Display

We will be doing a sandwich buffet potluck. Please bring something to create a picnic lunch for all to share. Here are the suggested categories based on last name: 

• A-F Sandwich Meat & Cheese
• G-L Salads or lettuce/tomatoes for sandwiches
• M-R- Chips/Veggie or Fruit Tray
• S-Z Dessert

OWC will provide bread for sandwiches, condiments, paperware and utensils.  Water and home canned grape juice will be provided.
